Its easy to use and makes a perfect tortilla shape without having to do anything. Its easy to flip and non stick. The package comes with Spanish only instructions and recipes. but you can easily work out what to do. A great addition to the kitchen.

Was a little worried as the induction disc doesn't extend fully over the base diameter, but I'm more than happy after my first use.Gauge of pan good, non-stick superb. Easy to use pan hinge and a magnet in the handle helps make seal secure when turning.More than happy

I bought this to replace an older pan that didn't work on a new induction hob. This was a bit more expensive but much better design and construction: a solid but easy to separate hinge/link, heavier metal construction, seals to minimise leakage when"flipping" and a pleasing appearance that gives confidence - definitely pleased!

I'm happy with it, brings a touch of authentic Spanish cookery to your kitchen, can be used for making omelettes and tortillas, takes a bit of practice to get the flipping right but it's fun, make sure you put a little oil in the empty pan so that the omelette/tortilla doesn't stick when you flip it.

It has been one of my investments. Really easy to use, not sticky, easy to clean and for instance when you are making Spanish omelette and you need to turn it, it doesn’t go outside, so it closes perfectly.

The product looks great but.... the instruction and recipes are only in Spanish.. any U.K. translation please, because the pictured recipes look very very tasty..

This pan is good nice heavy duty cast aluminium and looks good. Well packaged.My only complaint about the pan I received, there is a bubble flaw on the non stick coating on the outside of the pan which has revealed the aluminium underneath which for a new item spoils the look before I've used it.

très bonne poêle, pratique, la qualité est bonne, on verra dans le temps comment elle va durer.. arrivée dans les temps, bien emballée je la recommande en toute confiance, je ne regrette pas ce que j'ai acheté.

Questo prodotto è di indubbia qualità.PRO:1) Anti aderenza , ne ho provate tante compresa MONETA ,che trovo cmq di altissima qualità e durata, ma la BRA è senza di dubbio la migliore per quanto riguarda l'anti aderenza.2) Costruita con materiali di alta qualità,si ha l'impressione di essere davanti a un prodotto che duri decenni.3) Si chiude bene e in maniera ermetica.CONTRO :1) Non praticissima da lavare, mi riferisco principalmente alle guaine di silicone rosso che servono alla chiusura.Bisogna ogni volta staccarle "non proprio semplicissimo" per lavarle per evitare ristagni di cibo .2) PesantucciaVALUTAZIONE FINALE : La consiglio? senza dubbio SI, chi cerca un girafrittate, o una padella per cucunare in umido questa è la scelta giusta ,non ve ne pentirete ,il mio voto è 8/10
