Not good for winter (room temp. in high 60s)
First, if you are looking for a seelpbag to use in winter, unless your house is super warm like over 70 degrees at night, don't buy this one. She yourself some time and type in tog 3.5 sleep bag in the search box and shop among those. This one is really light-weight not a good choice for under 70 degrees. Unless it's warm weather I guess, like you cool the room to around 70 degrees in summer. Anyway, I don't get this dress instruction chart. It's not only this brand uses it. Other brands too. Like woolino. But it's completely not realistic ( I dont think it's just my baby). Ok, based on the chart, you should put one short sleeves onesie or long sleeves onesie under this bag under room temperature 64-70 degrees. How crazy is that! My house is set at 67 degrees (winter). I dressed my 15-month-old with two long sleeve and one pair of quilted pj pants and put this bag on. He woke up around 1 o'clock crying with his hands and back of his neck cool to touch. I had to put on extra pair of pj pants underneath the quilted one to get him through the night. For the record, my kids sleeps through night from 7:30 to 7:30 everyday without any episodes. If he woke up in the middle of night, it's almost always temperature issue or exploded diaper. I really feel upset about this bag. The whole product description is misleading. Anyone who dress their child based on it is going to get a crying or sick child. So I returned this and got a tog 3.5 bag. It feels much more like a winter bed piece, not super thick but it has more of a plush feeling and a thick blanket look. I also feel upset about myself because I ignored my common sense- my husband and I use a thin cotton blanket, a one inch thick silk blanket and a light weight quilt on our bed. And we keep our arms under cover. How could our baby not feel cold in one thin armless sleepbag, with only his PJs?! The same with other tog 2.5 bags. I have a merino kids bag. Not good for winter no matter what they say. Because you simply can't dress your kid to a cotton ball then put in this sleep bag. That just defeats the whole point of having a sleep sack.

Great sleeping sack
Great sleeping sack! I have been searching for some nice sleep sacks since moving back to the USA from overseas. I have definitely found what I was looking for. Great length, easy to get on, easy to adjust with snaps/zippers, and the quality is great. I love sleep sacks because you don't have to worry about your baby or toddler kicking off blankets and getting cold or worse yet having a blanket get over their mouth. Absolutely satisfied and will buy again.

Crunch crunch crunch
I'm sure for some, this is exactly what they are looking for. For me, I was worried about my 1 year old with a comforter but being in New England in the winter, he sort of needed a comforter. I decided to try this in hope that it would be like his zippy but with his hands free. He hated it. It was the loudest, most uncomfortable material. It reminded me of the cheap walmart comforters that come in a bed in a bag. I only tried it one night. He would not fall asleep and instead kept kicking his legs to make the crunchy noise.

Best winter sleep sack!
I tried them all and without spending $100+ this was a great choice. It needed a couple washes to soften up but I'm really pleased with this sleep sack and my 22 month old son loves it. Buying another for Grandma's house.
