I just finished having this company’s ham for Easter. It was one of the most delicious hams I’ve ever eaten. It was salted just right andmoist. It had a smokey flavor that wasn’t overbearing. The package was missing it’s glaze but really didn’t need it. Any glaze would work. We just put honey and brownsugar. This is my definite go to from now own. I cant wait to try the steak. The picture in Amazon looks like a bone is ham. What I got were random ham parts, other wise known as ham scraps.. They sliced, but I was looking for a bone in ham that is spiral cute. for $200.00 I could have bought 2 1/2 hams from Honey baked and got change back.The prime rib roast once again looks like random beef parts.
