SS Cookware of Jalpan
Both are stainless steel.The defect with the induction Kadai is the bottom is thin.Frying mustard,dhal and dried chillies initially in oil is impossible since the ingredients get burnt in a trice.You may try least flame on a gas stove or the lowest voltage and time on induction stove.But a tricky affair.But this does not prevent one using the Kadai for preparing other dishes or sautéing .It indeed is capacious.So too the I lit saucepan.I am reducing one star only because the Kadai can't handle a few cooking jobs.Otherwise an excellent buy.

Kadhi Steel sheet shold be improved
The quality of steel of kadhi is very poor. The sheet of steel very thin when use for fry the cooking item burnt out.

Don't buy!!!
I bought it for my induction.The kadhai turned blackish when it gets heated to 140°c.Bad cookware! Waste of money. I suggest not to buy this item
