Miyata Shirataki, Low Carb Konjak Flour Noodles (Seaweed, Pack of 6)

So you were hoping to find the perfect noodle that was delicious, keto friendly and low-calorie? You found 2 out of 3. I would not say delicious but definitely keto friendly low-calorie. You were hoping to find a new that also was not overpriced? I’m afraid that’s stretching it as these ‘cat food’ Sized pouches and what you get compared to other ready-made noodles or dried rice noodles is a joke. However so long as I am able to continue to lose the lockdown lbs, I’ll be the one laughing (with less jiggle). So I’ll suck up the extra cost and FORCE MYSELF to learn to love these.

Really excited with these noodles, although they are not a favorite for everyone in my house, I use them frequent with different sauces or stir fry and don't feel guilty about the calories. I do enjoy their crunchy jelly-like texture. I wish the pkg would be larger but it is perfect for a small meal of two.

This brand in particular is the only brand I have found to not have the fishy taste that often comes with shirataki noodles. I am not opposed to the taste as it goes away once you boil/cook them, but I cannot stress enough how convenient it is that these do not have them - you can simply just rinse them and they are good to go. Perfect substitution for any noodle, from stir fry to noodle soups to salads to pasta dishes, and KEEPS YOU FULL like any noodle would.Texture: they do have a subtle "crunch" but I do not mind that texture. Their portion sizes are also perfect for me. Overall would be a staple for me in my kitchen and would be repurchasing on a weekly basis.

Smells good on opening! I will be buying again for this reason. Was worried as I had read reviews about other brands that smelled bad.Rinsed as advised by the pros here. Used in a stir fry. One pack was enough for 2 people which is good news for me 😊

The whole Family is on keto and we used to miss a lot pasta ,now we don't.This noodles are bomb and rice as well.Definitely will buy it again

Very tasty noodles with less calories than normal. You need to rinse them very well before serving. Goes well with homemade Chinese/ Thai dishes.Can be used on Dukan diet too which is a bonus!

This is a game changer. Once drained, rinsed and stir fried in the hoisen sause and sesame oil, they are perfect. And have 10kcal!!!!! per 100g. Will buy reguraly.

I was a bit unsure about these, wondering if the would taste fishy. However, they are almost tasteless and take up flavours from sauces or whatever they are added to. The keep for a long time in packet and only need a quick rinse before adding to cooking.
