4 starsI purchased a copy of the steamy novel Hot Chick For Hire: A Hot For Hire Romantic Comedy book 2: Chelsea by Cat Johnson and this review was given freely.This easy flowing,fast paced and drama filled attraction at first sight introduction to Chelsea and Tristan's story contains mild intrigue and a steamy scene followed by a lead in to the sequel. An assault and a random error result in sassy, up front former New Jersey girl Chelsea being jobless until a series of chance events place her in the GAPS office and on a date with M16 operative Tristan Fairchild.

I do enjoy a good Cat Johnson story. This one is little more than a tease, though. Fortunately I knew that before I read it so I have the next one in my queue. I do rather object to having to buy two books for one story though. But, the characters are interesting, the pacing is good, and this author doesn't make it a habit. On to the conclusion.

This was a fantastic quick read to get to know a bit more about Chelsea, office manager for GAPS DC office and Tristan, MI6 agent extraordinaire! Follow them on a mission, that turns into a hot date with a sexy Brit! This story had it all, intrigue, steam, trepidation and a bit of laughs! Both have appeared in previous books in the series, but take a chance to get to know them better!

LOVED this story. Can't wait for the next one.How to explain this story? Without giving it away? The title gives you nothing about the story, there is some mystery, she's a "hot chick" that's looking for a better job, and there is something serious going on at the GAPS job she's just picked up by accident.I see a really fun future for this series.

Having read Spy for Hire first this book was a great story of Chelsea and Tristans first meeting. It was enjoyable to see how a mistake during a Google search set her in such a great position. The bonus chapters were a great bridge between this book and her next story.

A fast short read, introducing Chelsea to GAPS, truly a case of right time wrong place lol. She's a good fit tho and seems to go by the motto of do first, then think, which has worked well until this last time. Now no one can find her.Need the 2nd book to hopefully get an HEA.

Who wouldn’t want a one night stand with a James Bond? Well a hot MI6 guy not actually Bond but close. Great short story and adventure.

A quick read to continue along with the series to keep everyone motivated and to teach a shy woman new skills.

Yes! another book in the For Hire series (we have already had a Billionaire For Hire), and this brings the GAPS series and For Hire series closer together.It is amazing what clicking on the wrong google link can do for a girl! I kinda want her luck!I adore Chelsea and her hot, mysterious Brit, Tristan. I like how yeah, she's fallen into this world she is in, but she is not stupid to know how good it is. She is smart and sexy, and she feels completely real.And just as I was getting right into things... bam, we were cilffhangered! But that doesn't really bother me, it just makes the anticipation of where Chelsea's story go all the more intriguing.Please don't make me wait too long Ms Johnson.
