CADDISMen's Taupe Affordable Breathable Stocking Foot Wader, Medium Short Stout

Size chart seems to be spot on, im 5’8” 230lbs. Med short stout fit me perfectly, and even had room for wool wader socks along with fleece wader pants and still had room for another layer. Ive had issues finding waders to fit my thick legs but these are great. I paired these with the caddis taupe felt sole boots and was super pleased with fit. Had the waders all the way up to the hand warmer pocket this morning with no leaks. Honestly very suprised that an affordable option is this well built and fit so well. I will buy another pair and possibly a pair of their neoprene versions for cold water.

I have used various Caddis waders for over 20 years, without issue outside of normal wear/tear due to longevity. What has drawn me to them is their wide range of sizing. My wife and I both fit into the "medium short stout" category (LOL) and guess what....Caddis has us covered unlike other manufacturers. We enjoy the loose fit which allows for fleece undergarments and/or sweats underneath. We got 4 good seasons out of our last sets of these waders here in interior Alaska while river fishing for sockeye, so opted for the same again. Also we "recycle" our old waders by cutting off the neoprene booties, and use them in conjunction with muck boots and slickers on our trips to wet, rainy Valdez while shore fishing for pink and silver salmon.

Have used only twice but fit is spot on and very comfortable. Climbing rocks and banks was no issue. Was worried about fit but the medium short stout was perfect fit for my 5' 8" 170lb 45" girth 25" inseam. Hope to get much use out of these.

Size of waders were good, but soft footing were way to big!!! I would need to buy new wading boots about 2s sizes bigger to fit the footing in. After spending over $200 for boots last year that’s not going to happen!!!!!

I highly suggest matching yourself up with the Caddis size chart it was spot-on for me fit of these waders is fantastic and the quality seems good. Go online for the Caddis size chart though it is very accurate pay attention to the inseam and the girth and you won't be disappointed. Why would you pay $500 for a pair of waders absolutely ludicrous I think a good comfortable wading shoe is more practical if you're going to spend your money on something

Spent 10 days fishing the Henry's Fork of the snake river, This is a soft section of water and has no overland trips in your waders to fish it. Waders leaked after 5th day. Entry level waders are often lower quality but using them once a year in this type of water I assumed I'd get a couple three years out of a pair. maybe another pair but not this pair. My buddy bought the next level up of caddis waders and had no issues fishing the same water. Fortunately Amazon agreed to take the waders back and credit my account even though the waders were out of the return time frame. Amazon is good. Entry level cadis breathable waders - not so much.

Very nice for the price, I’m 5’7” and @180lbs so the short stout is perfect, my only complaint so far is no belt loops, I usually keep my belt hooked in one of my loops, but I’m sure I can figure something out.

good fit for my size. only wore once, but no leaks and no tears. seem to be warm also. would buy again

These are actually the second pair that I have bought for him. He liked the quality and the fact that he could get a shorter leg and smaller foot size. I do recommend that when removing them you sit down to take them off . Don't step on the feet when pulling your feet out as it can stretch the seams and the feet could start leaking . He likes them and uses them a lot.

I'm short and fat ( 5' 8" , 230lbs )They fit and work great.Work good only got out 3 times so far so good.
