I did not realize when I bought it that it was made from sweet potatoes, I saw it on Dr. Oz and decided to try it.I have a severe intolerance to sweet potatoes, so I gave it to my daughter. I asked her how she like it and she said that she did not see a difference.I used to eat sweet potatoes 4 or 5 times a week, I think that was probably how I developed the intolerance. The doctor said to wait for a year before I try them again. Sorry I could not be more helpful. I use to be allergic to nuts and chocolate, it took me 10 years before I could eat them again and to this day I still cannot eat chocolate, it gives me heart palpitations. I have heard that this is a great product and the reviews were good so I would say that it is a good product.

This product really does help keep my skin moist. It takes about 60+ days of taking the supplement before noticeable results are achieved.I am a swimmer who is immersed in either sea water or salt water pools on a regular basis. The use of this product keeps my skin from itching. I eat a clean diet that includes sweet potatoes and good quality fats. I also use quality skin oils and lotions but I still need something more to keep my skin moist (not itching from dryness) with all the swimming that I do.I only wish this product came in a 90 capsule size. The one available on Amazon is 30 capsules, which fills only a third of the container. Wasted packaging! I'd rather order once a quarter instead of every month.

I have only used this product for about 3 weeks, along with a vitamin c topical, I'm not really sure if I see any improvement, I would think that one would have to use the product for at least a month or two, before results can be determined. I did not like the fact that when I received the product that the label was stuck on the directions therefore I was unsure on how to properly use the product.

I like this product and have purchased it before. I was quite disappointed when I found that it is now being only offered in 30 capsule bottles instead of the 100 capsules and the price has increased. Please consider offering the 100 capsule bottles at the previous price.Thank you!

Am still evaluating this product over time. I prefer this over others that I have tried. Some of the rice-based phytoceramides have had an unpleasant after-taste when taking the capsules. I have not noticed any dramatic differences, but do believe there have been subtle changes in the condition of my skin.

very good product so far smoothing wrinkled skin on forehead2.5 MONTHS LATER REALLY SEEING SMOOTHING OF ALL AREAS OF THE FACE. HAD SOME PROBLEM AREAS HOPING THIS PRODUCT WILL RESOLVE THE ISSUE. EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THIS PRODUCT.5 months and the product is working well. Continual smoothing of lines around eyes and whole face. Still hoping it will resolve some discolored skin, but this is really a great product for smoothing the skin. 5 stars easy!

I couldn't honestly rate it higher than a three star because l haven't really noticed any difference sincel received and started using the product. Somehow l am hoping and believing it will work for me soon.l will be disappointed if it doesn't.

I began to use this product with a few others to help tighten my skin. I decided to drop all the others and just use this for a few months. I can see that my pores which had grown oblong with the sagging skin are now round and tight. I will keep using this item. I do believe it works very well.
