I have trouble shutting my brain down at night. This product helps me ease into sleep without hitting me in the head like a hammer.I read a lot in the evenings before I go to sleep. It is easy for me to read past the time I want to go to sleep because I get caught in an exciting part of the story or an interesting bit of knowledge I want to keep exploring. With two (2) droppers full of this solution about 45 min before I am ready to go to sleep, I will start to drift off and slowly start to lose focus on what I'm reading. It's not strong enough to knock me out, but it's enough to push me to stop reading and ready myself for sleep. Usually, after that, I'm asleep in 5-10 min.It isn't an absolute solution. I've taken it and stayed up half the night before if I had something I was really focused on or I ended up not laying down, or I had to get up. It doesn't make me sleepy as much as it makes me a bit drowsy if I'm lying down.I've been using this for over a year and will continue to use it as a part of my nightly routine.

Okay, this stuff is liquid magic. But the other version with the cherry flavor tastes a lot better, this one is super, super bitter. But for how fast it makes you feel naturally exhausted and sleepy, I don't really care what it tastes like! It works super well!

I've had insomnia for at least sixty years, have tried a lot of things, started taking melatonin a long time ago. I tried different forms, finally found one that worked well, took it for years - and then they changed something. It might as well have been water. This was one of four I bought to try - and I really wanted this one to be the best.But it wasn't, doesn't work for me at all, probably because it isn't strong enough. Sigh. Too bad, it's a nice product.

If you have trouble falling asleep, like I do this is a great option. I'm not a huge fan of the flavor but I can deal with it for the amount of sleep and how fast it works. I normally use over the counter medication so this was my first try with a liquid it was incredible.

The liquid tastes very nice and I think it helped me sleep, but the math on the bottle doesn’t add up. What is going on here? It says there are 85 servings in this 59 mL bottle. The serving size says “one full dropper.” But the dropper is not designed to fill all of the way when you squeeze the bulb. I’ve posted a pic of how full the dropper gets. When you divide 59mLs into 89 servings, that’s about .69 mLs per serving. Nice. But then this is where the math gets messed up because in the nutritional information you see that each serving contains 1.23 mLs of the proprietary blend. How does a .69 mL volume of liquid contain 1.23 mLs of proprietary blend and also contain the increased volume of adding the melatonin and amino to it? That’s just incorrect. If I am getting 1.23 mLs of herbal blend per serving I should assume a minimum serving volume of 1.23 mLs right? Multiply that by 85 (the number of servings claimed on the bottle) and you get 104.55 mLs. The claim of 85 servings is false or the mLs of proprietary blend per serving is false. Which one is it?

I have tried a lot of different night sleep aids . I like this one . Why? It works !! Period

I took it until I finish it and it just made me fall asleep and wake up one hour after . It never made me sleep troughs the night .It doesn’t really work

I've tried all sorts of melatonin products in the past with no luck. Really had no intention of buying this but as I was looking at E2H chlorophyll product this one suggested as a bundle product. I figured it was worth a shot. I haven't had more than 3 hrs sleep in a row for years. With a dropper of these drops I am able to doze off for periods of time. I use less than stated not only to save product if its not needed but also to be able to increase dosage if needed in the future. The taste is sweet and flowery quite tasty. I always try to go with liquid versions of supplements because they work faster. This isn't the cheapest product out there but for those desperate for some restful sleep its worth a try. Only had it a few nights and hoping I will continue to benefit.
