So, I have a cat that was rescued and is feral. He is territorial and likes to mark his "presence" since I have another neutered male in the house. He is fully intact and awaiting neutering this coming Thursday post initial shots and appointments for his various problems ( primarily blindness ) that are congenital defects from birth. This blanket, along with Feliway plug ins, for anxiety and stress relief, have been everything! I have a California king, and I worry about accidents going through to the actual mattress. After reading other reviews, I decided to fold this blanket in half for an extra layer of protection. It works brilliantly. Accidents pool, and they are easily absorbed on the top layer with a paper towel. If an accident happens while at work, the folded version of this blanket ensures that it does not soak through to my mattress. I highly recommend this king size blanket. It is worth saving your furniture and bedding!

I use these for my forever shedding black labrador. We live on a farm and she also brings in dirt and debris. I have 3 of these so I am never without one on the bed. They wash beautifully. After months of searching, buying all types of low maintenance bedspreads, this was the solution! Now I have the bedspread that I want on the bed and with the Silly Legacy cover it works beautifully! It also came in very handy the night my 3 year old dog wet the bed!

I have an older cat who has accidents sometimes. I have four of these two for my couches and two for beds in the house. They definitely are not waterproof if it sits for hours but if you can get it off within a few minutes of a full on accident happens they save everything and can be thrown in the washer. The one negative is that it cannot be just out on the bed a blanket needs to cover it to protect from pet nails because it will get holes ruining the water resistance.

I have an older cat (16) that has been throwing up a lot more often and I've been having to change and wash my duvet, sheets and blankets. I purchased this and put this on top of the bed and she had one of her "accidents" and everything under this was dry! I purchased a 2nd one right away as a back up. It is very thin so it is easy to sleep under and feels like kind of silky fabric. Actually as a benefit it catches the cat fur and is easier now to swipe the fur off with my rubber brush. Win Win. I purchased the grey in queen size.

I like the material. Nice and thin, and it has stopped the grit and dirt our two large dogs bring in on their feet that was inevitably making its way though our bedspread, blanket and sheet to leave annoying grit on our bed.The size is disappointing to me, though. It covers our King size bed, but only barely. I wish it was at least a foot longer and a foot wider! I wouldn't mind if it was 2 feet longer and 2 feet wider! It would be better if this was the size of a bedspread and draped all the way to the floor, because it frequently gets dislodged a bit as the dogs move around on the bed, and sometimes, one whole side can end up flipped over, exposing a foot or two of bed underneath. The material is rather "slidey" - lightweight and a little bit slick - so it tends to slide around a bit on the bed.The cover is more comfortable to leave on the bed while sleeping that I thought it might be, but IS a bit "sticky" at night. It's not a bad as a sheet of plastic might be, but it's not like having a sheet or blanket - it traps more moisture than a porous material.This material is also interesting because it is must about IMPOSSIBLE to get it to not have a wrinkle or two or four. And the instant a dog jumps up on it, forget about it, because it's gonna be a sloppy mess! But I suspect if you have dogs that jump up on your bed, you're not a fussy neat freak type of person - we certainly aren't. But on the other hand, if you expect this material to be visually "perfect" lying on your bed, you might be disappointed or frustrated a bit by the nature of how it tends to lie.I'm very happy with the fact that this stops the dirt and grit for making its way into our bed. So functionally, it is exactly what I wanted - a light weight dirt stopper. But it would be better if it were much available in a much bigger size.

Good for the priceDoes the trick.It does get a little wrinkly to sleep on but it’s not hot, feels fresh.I do recommend.I have a peepee cat that is scared to go to his litter box sometimes and he can’t contain himself but, this is a life saver.

I was looking for a sheet that didn't add too much heat. My cat is getting older and the younger ones chase her in the early mornings. She jumps to me to protect her and if I don't wake up (at 4-5am) she will sometimes pee on the bed to let me know I am a disappointing savior. Poor thing. I'm slowly getting to wake up earlier for her and lock out the younger ones if I can but until we work out a solution, this sheet has been great! (Yes, I've checked in with the vet multiple times, gotten Feliway, they have plenty of fresh litter boxes scattered as much in my space as possible, she is healthy just grumpy and knows how to get results.)I was very skeptical when I got it, its so thin! It's not plasticy! But sure enough she eventually peed and this sheet caught everything. Sometimes she does it so early, I have woken up to it barely damp, and it does not seep through to the blanket underneath. Sometimes the comforter is cool in this strange way- as if condensation itself gathered below the sheet..? But trust me it has not leaked once, and we have washed this thing multiple times in the laundry.It does add a bit of warmth when we would prefer it not, and I wouldn't sleep with this sheet alone- its not soft enough for me, but not enough to set off my incredibly picky husband about the warmth factor. I accidentally bought a size smaller, thinking I just wanted it to cover the top, not the sides, but didn't really think how sheets rumple up and stop providing all-over coverage in the middle of the night. Would definitely buy again but in the same size as my regular sheets, to be safe.

I bought a couple of these as waterproof throws to cover our sofas, to protect them from our mud-loving dogs. They are huge, easily covering a king size bed, completely waterproof, and easy to wash. They are slightly thin compared to others we have bought previously, but significantly cheaper so an absolute bargain.

Does what is intended for. On the thin side, fabric is a bit noisy but it looks good so far. I have had it for two weeks.

Brilliant to protect my bed from dogs

It really works. My cat has been having pee incidents on the bed few times. Keeping him out of the bedroom is not an option, that’s why I bought this product and it prevented the wee to leak through onto the duvet 3 times. I saw in some reviews complained that the material this bed cover is made of unpleasant material. It’s not meant to be a cosy blanket though.
