KyserCAPO ACOUSTIC QUICK CHANGE SILVER (KGCS)

I originally had a Planet Waves capo, but that was made for steel-string acoustic with the rounded fingerboard and it just could not perform with my beautiful classical. I had a couple gigs coming up that were simple strum-and-sing Valentine's songs, so I did a little research and picked this up. Man did I make the right choice! The quick-change grips are fantastic, and are far superior to capos that require screwing and unscrewing. The tension on this one is plenty adequate, and the flat part that touches the string ensures equal pressure distribution.Pros: Quick changes, equal pressure on strings, proper tensionCons: None!

Kyser Capos are the best for me they are the Gold Standard. Good pressure on the bass strings will never get a buzz with this Capo.

Kyser has the best capos to offer, they last so much longer than any other brand of capo and this style looks elegant. I have an acoustic and classical acoustic that I use this specific capo for. I got the classical size just so it would fit both, and it works great.

I had an old Kyser capo, same style (classical) as this one, that I've used for 4+ years, and the spring has always done an excellent job holding down the strings. I decided to get a second to keep with my other guitar when I travel. Not sure if it's the unit I got, or if they changed the material/style/size/something else about the spring, but the one I received has a hard time holding the strings against the neck anywhere below the 4th fret, especially after a half hour or so of play. Not terribly impressed with this.

The product was delivered quickly and as promised. I love Kyser capos... year after year, they've been reliable and by far the easiest to use.

The capo they sent me in no way resembled a Kyser Quick change capo. I don't have the time or desire to take, download and send a photo. I will not buy another capo from there again.

This fits narrow and wide necks, suitable for folk and classical guitars. HD spring, looks to be powder coated for long-lasting finish.

Basically capos all the same, but this design doesn't have finicky knobs and screws to deal with. It clips on fast and can hang on your headstock quickly when not in use.There's an art to putting any capo on so that it doesn't stretch the strings and pull the strings out of tune. Just place it so the back half of the fret is covered by the edge of the capo and your guitar should stay in perfect tune.

Great capo - fits my classical guitar beautifully. Quite a bit more expensive than many of the other ones but it fits properly which is wonderful. Thank you for the quick delivery.

I am more than happy with this product. It looks good, has a quality feel and is easy to use (speaking from a beginner's perspective). I think it will give good service and will prove to be money well spent - the price seems very reasonable compared to the other capos I considered.

Better than others I’ve used, easy to move and out of the way of your hand.

fits my classical guitar which is great because most capos are too small to cover the wide neck. 10/10
