The Best Hot Cocoa I Ever Had
I thought Droste was great, and it is, but Gerkens is over the top. I can't imagine how hot cocoa could get any better. Plus you use 25% less of Gerkens than other powders, so it lasts longer.3.5 tsp Gerkens powder2.5 tsp sugar1 cup milkedit: I have found that after several weeks the taste of the powder changed. It became bitter.

Smells and tastes like rubber. Adding sugar only made my hot cocoa taste more sugary -- the taste of chocolate disappeared entirely. Poorly balanced and poorly processed. Will not buy this brand again.
