Autentico y interesante.

The book is in Spanish only, but it is full of interesting recipes. Not all the tamales are shown in pictures, but there are some good photos of some of the tamales and atoles. The number of recipes of tamales in this book is significantly larger than the atoles recipes. My take is that this is a book written for a Mexican audience, because looking at some of the ingredients in some of the recipes, it is clear that some would require ingredients not easily found outside Mexico--substitutions may be a solution. Nonetheless, the book contains a nice variety of tamales from various regions in Mexico, including Veracruz, Oaxaca, Hidalgo, Michoacán, Chiapas, Mexico City, etc. It is an excellent resource of Mexican tamales. I am happy with my purchase, and I look forward to attempt to cook some of my favorite tamales soon. The book is organized by the way the masa is prepared to make the tamales. 4 de 5 porque esperaba más recetas de atoles e imágenes del montaje de los platillos, pero el contenido en general esta bien: variedad de tamales tanto dulces como salados con algunas fotos del paso a paso. Ideal para el publico en general.

El precio es bueno y accesible.Es entendible y son más los ingredientes fáciles de adquirir que los complicados.Llego bien protegido y antes de la fecha acordada.

Si quieres hacer tamales y no sabes cómo, éste libro es muy útil. Las recetas son prácticas y concisas. A mí me gustarían con más fotos y/o imágenes.

Aun no empiezo con el a fondo, en cierto faltan muchas imágenes, pero con un poco de imaginación queda.

Fácil de digerir y las recetas dan resultados bastantes buenos.
