Easy-to-read, entertaining fluff
All 3 stories were interesting, and were a nice way to pass a few hours of entertaining, clean, happy-endings reading. The first, The December Bride, was a much better Hallmark movie than the book upon which it was based, IMO. Since I saw the movie and knew the basic plot's outcome, it wasn't as interesting to me as the other two. The second novella, A January Bride, was by far the best of the three....also my opinion. The plot was more interesting and the characters better developed. The story developed in an intriguing way through most of the novella. The third installment of the 3, A February Bride, was the least interesting to me, and the least believable. There was also one glaring editorial oversight in the writing: In one scene, Marcus is seated across the room from Allie and admires her jeans-clad legs, which were crossed with one leg swinging. A few minutes later, he is with her in the kitchen and notices she is wearing the same brown dress she had recently worn. What? Too obvious a mistake to miss, editor! Not important in the plot line, of course, but an unnecessary and distracting mistake nonetheless. Allie's running away from marriage and commitment for most of the story, out of fear of repeating the continually awful decisions of her off-the-charts, dingbat, low-life family was a bit overused and overdone, but...all's well that ends well, as it predictably would do.

Light Easy reading
I enjoyed these 3 novellas, one each day to kick off 2019. December Bride is the book upon which the Hallmark movie of the same name is based on. I’ll say for once, the movie is better than the book. January Bride was delightful and had a few cute twists and would make a great Hallmark movie. February Bride was a very quick read with a very good message.

Sweet reads
You can't go wrong reading this book containing 3 sweet, Romantic stories. I really can't decide which is my favorite. The heroes were all totally swoonworthy. I just finished A February Bride so that story is fresh in mind, and I loved Marcus, a jilted groom who shows his runaway bride what unconditional love is all about. I also loved Art in a January Bride; a love story grounded in the written word. It evolved so sweetly. Of course Denise Hunter always writes wonderful romance; A December Bride is based in Chapel Springs, and is lovely story. Read this book! It is amazing!

Almost good
The books were fun and clean. The characters were lovable. The writing was good. The editing was great. The stories were almost believable but lacked the realism that I really love to read. For novellas, they were ok. If you want a break from heavy reading, then pick this series up and let the world go by for an hour or so.

Wonderful stories
I really enjoyed these stories. I've read many books by Denise Hunter and this one is just as good as the rest of hers. I had never read anything by the other 2 authors. Each of their stores were very good. My favorite of all 3 was February bride. I loved the cat and mouse chase throughout the story but most of all am glad the couple resolved their issues and got married in the end. I would also recommend A March bride from this series. I bought it separately many months ago and it is very good too.

Nice Collection
As a huge fan of Christian historical romance, I had not read much contemporary Christian fiction. I picked up this book to get a flavor of the genre and was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed the stories. My favorite of the three was A January Bride by Deborah Raney. These novella collections are a great way to get acquainted with new authors.

Broken promises, hopes and dreams.
This story of Allie and Marcus shows us that we have to be ourselves and be true. Will this help them work through their problems? Read the story to find out.
