Follow the Bible: 52 Bible Lessons for Beginning Readers Ages 6-8

I have used several books in this series for ages 6 - 12, and I like their format. I have been in churches with very small classes, and I can adapt these lessons to match my class size/make up. I especially like the one for older children (Study God's Plan - Ages 8 thru 12) that gives and overview of the entire Bible.Each section of the lesson gives you a list of supplies you will need, and there are copiable pages for many of the lessons/activities. You don't have to do them all, and sometimes I will adapt their suggestions for a smaller class size or younger/older group make up.

We bought this book to use at Children's Church. It is easy to follow along and has just the right amount of activities to choose from! It is directed for 6-8 year olds, but could easily be used for younger and older children as well. I will be purchasing from this group of books again!

This is an excellent Bible based curriculum that we are using to do a "Walk Through the Bible." It is systematic and easy to use. If you use it with 2nd/3rd graders (8 year olds), you will need to supplement with some additional activities. I also like the lessons and activities that are provided on how to use the Bible. This is really needed! This curriculum is affordable and will give kids a broad overview of basic Bible stories. We punched holes in ours and put it in notebooks for the teachers so it is easy to copy.Make sure to ask them how this applies to them today as application is the key!

Glad that I was able to get the five books that I needed from the same source and that it arrived as one package. Came in just three days from making the order, and although the books were listed as "used" they were all in perfect shape. They will richly enhance our Children's Church program at Burning Hearts Community Church in Lancaster, PA.

My wife uses this at church and will get years of help from it.
