Works great
Works very well for my Mom's foot drop.

Elastic strap is too long
We bought this for my husband's foot drop. He liked the toe cap style, however, the elastic strap that pulls the foot into the correct angle is way too long, so I am going to shorten it. It does not offer any resistance in its current state so no help with foot drop (at least right now.) With a shorter elastic strap it will pull his foot up into the right angle, as it is supposed to do. The foot cap is comfortable and has good grip on the floor (some of these things can be slippery), however it is a little too big for his foot - we bought the size recommended for his shoe size, so I will have to take it in a little in order to fit him properly.

Very Flimsy
I tried to use this item, but found it to be so flimsy that it offered no noticeable support. Not able to see any way this could be useful to someone looking for some assistance with any of the purposes stated. In the picture, it looks like it should/could be helpful, but my experience says no help at all. I returned it.
