I demand refund
Ordered two for my hot tub and both came with some sort of glued on fabric like ring around center of both filters that simply can't be removed. Therefore these filters are pure junk and inadequate. Do not order this product or you are wasting your money. Yes I'm angry! Probably too late to send back as it's been too long before I realized the problem. Lousy lousy lousy product!!!!
