Q: I sit between a uk 5 and a 6, with narrow feet. What size would be best?

I think the 5 would be fine. The upper fabric will give a little and with narrow feet this should be perfect. I am a size 4 with slightly wide feet and found the 4 perfectly sized. Hope that helps

I ordered a 7 although I’m a size 6 in a shoe and am regretting it now. My feet keep sliding up and down so I would say get the 3

My trainer is really comfortable I accidentally order two pairs and gave the other pair to my daughter who is a nurse she wears them as well and has said that they are really comfortable no blisters, we both work long shifts standing on our feet no complaints
