I was very disappointed in these. Although the fabric was lovely - the light came pouring through. Returned and finally found truly blackout curtains - warning - read reviews carefully for the real scoop.

I bought these to have some additional coverage over my four windows in the living room. They were not advertised as blackout or energy efficient - apparently some colors in this style are. They well-crafted with good stitching and even hems. You might want to press them before hanging. I hung them right out of the package figuring that the lines and wrinkles would "hang out" over time. it's been several months, and they're still wrinkled. The white ones should be regarded as "sheer" or light coverage.
