Gas Range Oven Igniter Replaces GE WB2X9154 , 4342528 ,

If you have a gas oven you purchase these regularly. Works fine, was less expensive than a local purchase, and delivery was fast.

The perfect replacement part. Exactly the same as original. I would have given this a 5 star and the reason I am dropping to a 4 is that the first replacement part burned out after 4 years and this is the 2nd one I have ordered. I will say though that the part was simple to find as Amazon "saved" my original order and I must also comment on that the part was shipped within 24 hours after ordering. Cost was decent, and certainly much better than buying a new stove or having a repairman gouge me by coming my home. For anyone looking to replace their gas stove ignitor it's a little tricky to do but not the hardest repair to make. Door must be lifted off and you have to be on your knees while working inside and underneath. Those adults who are older like me might need some assistance to accomplish. :)

free shipping and the part arrived in like 2 days.. pretty easy to install on my GE XL44 Oven.. at first I tried doing it without removing the flame tube, but it was difficult to get the bottom screws out.. once I removed the flame tube from the oven it went in without a hitch.. I did have to cut the connectors off the old igniter. one of the leads doesn't have a connector, so I had to splice the old connector on.. the other lead has the right connector but the wire is about 5 inches too short..The original igniter lasted 18 years, I hope this one lasts just as long...

Did what it was supposed to do at a much cheaper price.Only comment is that the wire was too short.I can go back to backing again!

Working fine so far...the wire with the flattened metal slide connection was barely long enough, but got it to hook into the oven-side connector.

The part was exactly as promised and has worked flawlessly upon installation.Prior to the purchased, I communicated with the seller who provided clear and helpful answers to my questions concerning whether this would be the correct match for my "older" appliance. They were great to deal with and shipped the part in a timely manner. The part came well protected in foam packaging and has worked well since the installation.

Its hard to get excited about one of these babies, unless you have one that stops working. Its been my experience that they don't last more than a few years. If you buy one and have the extra cash, get a second one. The one we received did all it was suppose to do and had all the parts. We have no complaints.
