Good story , poor writing / proof-reading
As with many recent works the proofreading is lacking. Words are missing from sentences. Some sentences don't make sense. Wrong tenses and words are used, like passed when past should have been used. The concept and storyline are very good. You want to find out what happens next. The errors mentioned do interfere with the flow and appreciation of the writer'screation. When I have to decide on a word to add to an incomplete sentence , how do I knowwhether it changes the writer's meaning ? These books are full of incomplete sentences thatsomeone should have caught and corrected. Part of being a writer is crafting meaningful , COMPLETE sentences that not only tell your story , but also impress the reader with the writer's skill of using words concisely to convey an idea while maintaining flow and interest.Having to edit as you read does not achieve this.Loved the storyline , really wish more time had been spent proofing.

Another fine additin to the Dragonlands series
The author does a fine job of balancing story and action. The character development was a bit slow in book 1 but hang in there it just keeps getting better!

Great continuation!
I can't wait to finish the series, but at the same time I am going to be sad for it to be over! Other than a few minor editing mistakes this one is another A+. Again, a great mixture of fantasy, adventure, and human relations. She really knows how to build the suspense. On I go to the next one!

Love this author
These series of books are amazing! Loved them and could not put them down!Just when you think there could not possibly be another twist, the series keeps you in suspense, you cannot predict the story in these. I found myself reading with an open mouth at times! Loved the stories. Can't wait to read more of this author.

Desolation (Dragonlands 4)
Flowed from the previous book with a lot more twists and turns with characters turning good to bad and some back again and others coming back to life. Glad Connor remembered his wife and about the bees, and kept the children safe. Nice to learn more about the dragons and how they change. This book leaves you with a real twist at the end which I can't wait to read the next book hopefully expands on this and Fi survives and the Keeper gets his just desserts.

I wish I had heard of this author before. Like her style a lot
I only downloaded the first 3 books as a set because it was free and I wanted to try an author I had never read before. I enjoyed them so much I read them back to back and instantly downloaded this book to see what happens next. Still enjoying the story. Lots of twists that I didn't see coming but still believable.

Mind blowing.
At first I thought the author had totally gone to far to fast but after a few chapters I began to believe how things had changed. New characters and changed old ones tie in well together to move the story along.

Just awesome!
If you haven't discovered Meg Jensen yet, I feel sorry for you! She is a superbly talented writer of fantasy novels, all page-turners, the reader is totally gripped throughout. I loved the Dragonlands saga and was so sad when I finished book 5, thank you Meg!
