Excellent torque wrench
I am a seasoned Master Auto Technician and I used to be an authorized dealer for Snap On and Matco Tools. I had been using the same Torque wrench for over 35 years on hundreds of engines and it was time for a new torque wrench. I was going to buy a second hand Snap On torque wrench but this was a much wiser move buying this new calibrated torque wrench by CDI. I’m presently building a 572 big block for a customer and this tool worked beautifully. I would have given it 5 stars across the board if the numbers were a little easier to read. Other than that it’s an excellent tool.

Good value on a great torque wrench
This is clearly a quality torque wrench. Turning the knurled ring to adjust the torque is not the easiest mechanism I have used but I am sure I will get used to it. It does appear to be precise. I did not rate accuracy because I have no independent way to gauge the wrench's accuracy. It comes with a certification. I assume it is accurate. It is easy to read and I have no complaints.

This is a high quality, US made tool that’s well worth the price. This is the identical tool that you will get off the tool truck for around a third the price...Highly recommended

Very Nice Torque Wrench
So-far-so-good. I have only used a couple times but it appears to be a well made tool. Smooth adjustment and I like the locking handle.

No affiliation with snap on
Local snap on rep refused to recalibrate although it’s “a snap-on company” they wouldn’t touch it at all. Spend a little more for a lifetime tool

Inconsistent ratchet engagement
After using this once, and returning it to minimum tension, it will lock up in every switch setting for a bit and then strangely act normally. I don't have confidence in it and I've had it too long to return. Poor, and expensive, experience.
