STAY AWAY this could cost you your strobe
I ordered two of these in March for a live-a-board, it was canceled for Covid-19. With Covid restrictions & living in Colorado I do not dive now because of travel issues. I used float in Lake Powell yesterday.. three photos at shallow depth this arm broke, if I was in the ocean I would have lost my $800 strobe. I am throwing the other one away! Do not risk using it!!!!

Do not waste your time or money.
Extremely disappointed in this product. I chose to use it to mount my focus lights which do not weigh much. I can’t believe how unstable these were. I am very fortunate to not have lost my lights. These do NOT have the ability to hold your dive gear without breaking. If you do use these, make sure that whatever you mount on them has a leash attached so you do not lose the lights.

Not for Pro use
I bought two arms, for some diving in Slovenia. As a precaution I “seam-sealed” the joints, thinking those areas would be the weakness. I was wrong, like another review, both of my ball-ends were bent after the dive, and one completely cracked. They also did not provide enough buoyancy for a gopro and two lights, but that may change depending on how you set up your rig.I think these arms would best be used for a simple gopro tray, and smaller light. For someone who has alot of weight on the arms, it is a no-go.

Not very strong or sturdy.
First time assembled with strobes (ikelite DS51) it bumped the wall picking it up and the end broke off completely. Not very sturdy. Switched to ladder links instead.
