Konsyl Psyllium Fiber, 100 Capsules

I really wanted to like these because the powder works so well, just not crazy about the taste. Like one of the other reviewers I noticed I felt like it wasn't digesting as it should and I had a slight feeling that I might end up choking. I took 7 caplets instead of the recommended 5 because the recommended dosage of the powder isn't sufficient for me. I just figured I'd need more. Well the product did allow nature to take its course, however not as effectively as the powder and I didn't like the "undigested" feeling. I'll continue to use the powder before bedtime and keep these as a back up.

You have to drink 5 pills with 8 onzs water! I prefer the powder. Same amount of water an you have same benefits

I bought these capsules and they are the typical Konsyl fiber capsules and work well for me. I would recommend these to anyone for a fiber supplement.

My husband and I have been taking these for a couple years. They are great. We both have had problems with hemorrhoids but since we have been taking these everything is a lot better. My husband also takes the powder formula at night. These were highly recommended from a phamplet he obtained from the doctor's office.

This product was difficult to find in stores and when found, expensive.On-line...I could'nt beat the price; anywhere.Came on time just like it was promised. My body thanks you everyday!

I take half a teaspoon of the powder with some water daily with great benefit. The capsules come in handy when away from home.
