This book is a taboo and if you do not like this type of book then you need to skip this one.In this book we meet Brenda and Adrian. Brenda has always been the good girl even when her mom has done things to hurt her in ways no mother should. Adrian is Brenda's new step-father he knows his wife is cheating on him and he is determined to hurt her one more time before he leaves her. Brenda is tired of being the good girl and thinks her new step-dad will be just the person to help her change all that. In this book we have 2 people who are looking at hurting the same woman but neither of them knows of the others plan. It is a good story not just straight in and done it has a real story-line to it.

*A Brand New Step* is a short erotic story featuring taboo sex between a virgin coed and her hunky new stepdad. For a dirty bedtime story, it is well told and very hot. I could easily understand why both the daughter and the husband would want revenge on the mother/wife. My only complaint is that the story seemed to end rather abruptly. I would have liked to see the mother/wife get her comeuppance -- preferably by the stepfather knocking up the daughter, divorcing the wife, and then living happily ever after with the daughter. Hey, a girl can dream!

Payback is a dish best served cold. There is plenty of heat in this short tale but still not enough to really get you invested. Though you get the why. You are still left hanging out with what happens next?

Talk about getting revenge on one's mother for having sex with your boyfriend. I would have to say pray back is what her mom deserved. Not just from the daughter but her new husband as well.
