I live alone so decided I needed a smaller bundt pan for making Monkey Bread and cakes. This pan is ideal and an exact miniature of the larger, 10 cup bundt pan that I have been using. Big enough for several servings, cooks evenly and cakes slide right out (as long as you use oil spray). Well worth purchasing if you are cooking for one or two.

The non-stick coating was blemished. Not smooth. See picture.

This is for the 6 cup bundt cake pan. I washed it with soap and water, dried it, greased it with butter (did not flour it) and poured the banana bread batter in. As soon as i pulled it out of the oven, I flipped it onto a cake platter and it slid right out. The cake was perfect. Absolutely no residue or bits stuck to the pan. And the size is perfect. It bakes a smaller cake so the ratio of cake to icing is tastier. A larger pan would have twice as much cake to icing. I would rather bake two smaller loafs than one big one. And also the perfect size for two people.

I do not like the size. It was a gift for my sister, but it won't hold our pound cake.

Good for two and it's heavy and bakes evenly
