Does what it needs to do but has noise issues
I bought this unit 2019 for the specific usage with my security cameras. The unit itself is solid and performs with Blue Iris security software. More than enough power to run the software as well as a detached hard drive for storage. The compact size is ideal and low power consumption. However, the fan noise started earlier this year and is unbearable at times. The noise is pretty constant and at one point, it sounded like it was going to blow up. It does feel that there is some sort of common issue with the fan on this device and unfortunately, I am out of warranty on the device. I have not taken it apart however, there is also a loose screw inside the case, perhaps from the vibration of the fan, this screw became loose, I'm not sure. Overall, it's a good device and if it's tucked away in a closet, maybe a non-issue with the fan noise. However, if you are going to use this on a desktop, be aware of the fan noise.

Affordable and competent
I bought this mini PC about a year ago and have been using it as a media computer hooked up to a TV ever since. I bought it suspecting that it won't be powerful enough to do real demanding work. I can't say I was wrong. It isn't fast or powerful by any stretch of the imagination, but it's more than adequate for 1080p playback or streaming Netflix. One con is that there appears to be significant electromagnetic interference surrounding the unit. If I plug in a USB dongle for mouse/keyboard to any of the USB ports directly on the unit, the connection is laggy and spotty. I got a USB extension cable and put the dongle away from the unit, which solved the issue.I paid $249.99 for this. It was one of the best price-to-performance buys then. A year later, however, I see that there are a number of better spec'd products at this price point. I won't take off a star for this, but it won't hurt to see if there are better bargains. FWIW, mine still works as competently as it did the day I bought it.

We are happy with this little bee...
We use this as a desktop PC for a home office. We did run into some initial setup problems at the getgo, and the customer support was absolutely the worst than anything we have ever encountered. We finally worked out the solution on our own, and the little computer has been happily buzzing away ever since -- literally. Whenever the cooling fan kicks on, it always makes this little buzzing sound. So we think we know where this PC may have gotten its name, although with that fan sound "Beelink" also could have just as well been "Cicadalink." Seriously, that fan noise actually is not any problem for us. Most importantly the speed and performance is very good -- we are satisfied!

Worth the price
Very small and compact. Great for connecting to servers or remote desktops via a VPN. Needed something lightweight to log into my computer at work from home. Excellent choice if you don't want to use a laptop.

Capable, reliable mini-PC
I bought this to use mounted on an outdoor telescope pier to control my astrophotography imaging setup, remoting in from the house to run all-night imaging operations. The mini-PC is housed in a small enclosure outside attached to my telescope pier, which also contains a 12V 30A regulated power supply and a powered USB-3 hub. The computer has plenty of speed and memory to run all of my telescope control and imaging applications, runs off of the normal 12V supply, and is compact and reliable. It's been running essentially 24 hours a day for over a month now, with not a single crash or hitch. Digital images for a night's work are saved to a USB-thumb drive, which I pull out in the morning and load up on a separate processing computer. I've been very pleased with the speed, reliability, and form factor of this great little mini-PC.

Better than the cheaper competition.
Surprised how well it managed windows 10, however, I unzipped a file to a folder and tried to move it to am SSD drive I installed and the transfer rate was terrible. I ended up cancelling and unzipped again to the correct drive in 2 minutes. Saved myself an hour.

Great for everyday use
I like the campact design and small form factor. It does all your basic stuff well, forget about casual gaming and 4k video, it really struggles with that. 1080p video is ok. Otherwise it works.

Great mini PC for Plex and more.
I was looking for a mini tower PC to replace my aging Alienware laptop as a Plex server, when I come across mini PC’s.I didn’t know what to expect until I got it.Installs just like a regular windows 10 PC. Is quick and works great as a plex server. I also installed Kodi and while it works great, I don’t use it as much as plex. I have it connected to the wireless network and use several Nvidia Shield trough out the house to access the content and it works great.Windows updates normally with out issues. It does everything a regular PC would do and does it well. Also as a bonus, this little PC doesn’t come with any “crapware”, and that is refreshing.
