Solved throttle issues.
I have a 30g Castair gas air compressor that would not throttle up. I purchased this item as well as a bullwhip throttle cable. This pilot unloader valve fixed all of my throttle issues and I returned the bullwhip. It has been approx 2 weeks so far and the valve works very smooth and is worth the buy. I will Update later down the line as this compressor is in my service truck.

Just what I needed. Works like a champ. To adjust the max pressure you screw the small threads out for less pressure and in for more. For the amount of range in pressure use the big thread.
