Not quite the complete tool
It doesn't seem to catch grip at the basin nut that grips the tap..but other than that it works. Good product.

Made for USA
Looks like a great idea, and it is. However, I think it is made for USAA and did not fit the captive nut on the bathroom sink I was attempting to tighten, therefore for my purpose, it was of no use. I have used it so don't feel I can return it as I have not got the packing. If it was developed for UK sizes it would be very useful. Also if the flexible pipes are still connected to the tap, it is very difficult to get the tool on as they bulge out. Not recommended

Hopeless
When i saw this tool it seemed a good idea. After getting the tool. It looked and felt sturdy. After using the tool. I was hindered by a pushfit connector on the pipe which the tool could not go over...as a result the tool was useless...its great having tools that work on nice clean pipe. But in reality it is a tool that will not be in my bag...

Very good and handy
Very good. However, design suggestion make the tube thinner as there are some space which is narrow to get into.and would be handier also to have individual nuts screwer parts.There should also have been a rod for the hole bit. otherwise still a very good product.

Won't fit larger nuts [eg nut holding tap on to kitchen sink]
it's a good product and you can disregard the reviewers who say that because it's plastic it's insufficiently sturdy, but I wish I had paid greater attention to those who said it's too small for UK nuts, which it is. It will do the basin in the downstairs toilet but we bought it to tighten the tap of the kitchen sink to the work surface and it's too small for this. Good enough quality and enough potential future use to keep rather than return, though.
