The packaging was horrible, just a sheet of brown paper. The first rose came snapped from the stand. While replaced immediately, the second was bent and wouldn’t stand correctly. It took several days of slowly bending into a position where it stands. The rose itself is very pretty. It is also very sturdy, being it fell over a bunch. It’s a shame because the rose is quality enough that I would have bought the Lillie’s too but don’t want a similar experience.

What an interesting gift! So beautiful, unique, and well made. Super heavy and sturdy. Well worth the money.

It is a solid piece with good color. It is heavy and has some slightly sharp points to it, so handle lightly and take care if giving as a gift

..but as another reviewer said, it ain't like the picture. The petals were not turned over to look like petals, they are flat and squared as another reviewer pointed out. The wife is easily pleased, though, so she thought it beautiful. I, on the other hand, would not have purchased it had I seen it in person. The materials and construction are high quality, so no regrets. It just could have been executed so much nicer.
