I haven't worn them yet so I can't speak to comfort, but I really don't care because I didn't buy them for comfort, I bought them because they're freaking gorgeous!!! Love them. One word of caution. Somewhere (possibly another site as I researched price) listed the heel height as 3.75 inches. They're far closer to 4.25. But again, they're gorgeous, so pack a foldable ballet shoe in your handbag and enjoy the looks of envy.
