This is a fantastic bulb. I have installed a few hindred of these in everything from walkway bollard lights in municipal parks as well as basic lights in sheds. They are very compact but have high light output. I keep these stocked on my work truck because they are so versatile.

Easy to install (but quite tall) and very bright for those that like a lot of light without sucking up too much power. Nice warm white color (3000K) not harsh like the cool white (5000K) bulbs.

one out of 4 did not work --used for general exterior lighting of a building.

The bulbs put out great light and I used them to replace bulbs in mercury vapor fixtures. (Please note you must delete the transformer and capacitor to do this.) So I don't know what your experience with warranty claims are on Amazon are but mine could definitely use improvement. However, one of these bulbs failed 18 months in ( 2 year warranty) and I emailed Dragon light and they responded quickly and replaced the failed light promptly. Thanks again Wendy at Dragon light for such great service!

Just purchased 40 of these bulbs and within the first six that I had installed this evening two were nfg and an additional third one was flickering. Out of the two that were non-operational one is because the screw end of the bulb detached from the bulb itself while pulling it out of the styrofoam, and the other simply did not light at all.The flickering was not due to a power supply issue it was indeed the bulb oh, I'm very dissatisfied with this product as now it is costing me more money to have my workers come and go from the property as well as the loss of revenue from having to reschedule that could be an additional day on another project earning money for my business

Have purchased these before and will continue to do so.

I've been looking for a brighter than 'normal' and LED alternative for a couple of my outside post lights for some time now. I found these, at about half the cost of others I had previously considered. These are much larger than I expected. They are thick and tall- at least three times as big (mostly in the length) as a regular bulb. I was relieved that they still fit my post light and very happy with how bright they are. Perfect for my driveway. Great warranty is offered too!

like having the sun or moon in the kitchen...buuut, the glue doesnt hold for longer than 2 months, possible electrical/fire hazard, I had top get rid of it!

I do not know yet how it will perform bellow minus 4 deg. f. (-20 deg C) since i just put it in an outdoor lamp post but in the info posted in the description of the product that the lamp works above that temperature

This 'cob' style LED array lamp is bright enough if installed in a fixture that allows light to diffuse sideways from the lamp, but if it is installed base up, there are few LEDs on the bottom, so that the illumination is not very good. I don't see any recommendation that the lamp be installed base up or down, but just remember that if it the base is on the top, you won't get much downward light. Otherwise, a good price and a good product!

Super bright white! Love it, installed in my garage

Got these yesterday. I installed them in my garage and the lighting is amazing. My garage isn’t heated and they work in the very cold temperatures as well. These are by far the best lighting I’ve ever had. I will never use anything other.

Bought a bulb from this brand before and it is still going well over a year later outdoors. Decided to buy 2 of these different wattage bulbs (but same brand) for an outbuilding (inside mounted) and while they were OK when installed they only lasted about 3 months (both died around the same time)....I replaced them and threw them in the garbage. I found one of them while I was cleaning and decided to open it up.....yikes, pictures tell a thousand words....Might want to double check your fire insurance before buying these.
