So, I have lower back issues. Sleeping on my side and stomach has been a lifetime habit, and I just can't do it anymore, it is far to painful.The first night I fell asleep like a baby. At some point I woke up and felt that the pillow was too firm. Buuuut, I thought that this might just be me being used to a fluffy foam pillow. The second night I slept soooo goooood. I woke up once in the middle of the night, not to toss and turn as usual, but it felt like I'd gone through my first REM and was just feeling so good. I kept on my back the whole night, cozying into the parts of the pillow that gently held me in place.So far so good with this pillow, we will see how it works in the longterm. I'll try to update, especially if problems occur.If I could change one thing about the pillow I would make the neck support a little higher and where my head depresses a little lower. Neither by too much. I understand this pillow was affordable and made for the average person. I have a long neck. Still five stars.

This memory foam pillow is so soft, so comfortable. It fits the head and neck area very well, which helps to release the sore.

Ok, I admit this is my first memory foam and contoured pillow so I have no comparisons. I took a shot due to the great price. My regular pillows go flat and bunch up in odd shapes that won't fluff out in the wash, so I was waking up with knots in my neck due to whatever odd position my neck had been in overnight. This doesn't bunch up, and I wake up without knots in my neck from sleeping position when I use this. My only hesitation in recommending might be for a large person - I am a 5'9", 140 lb female, so I am not exactly small, but I wonder if a larger person might need it to be just a little larger overall. Or maybe what do people who have reflux and need elevation do to be able to get this support? Maybe you can nestle it with other pillows somehow? Also, I will try this with a pillowcase. It has a removable cover, but it is the kind of bamboo fiber. Now I want a lounging pillow with lumbar support and this kind of neck support for watching tv/reading in bed!!!!! If that exists, someone please post. I'm not going back to regular sleeping pillows.

I purchased this pillow because my wife says I snore. I did some research and found that by poSitioning the head properly, I could reduce my snoring. So here I am!Less snoring!Better posture!Better sleep!This may not work for everyone but anatomically, we are virtually the same. Our differences lie in how we feel comfortable. I am a natural side sleeper. This pillow is PERFECT for it. It has a “cradle” effect that positions my head just so that helps to align my neck, head and shoulders for comfort. Ahhhhhhhh! (Relief!)But when I lay down for the night, I lay on my back. The pillow is designed to support the neck and cradle your occipital (back of the head) just like when the chiropractor holds your head. I, personally, slight tilt my head back. It helps to open my airflow and passageways and keeps my from snoring. I generally do not open mouth breathe, so that’s good.The pillow has a zipper cover that is a whole lot of anti-odor, anti bacterial, but I still put on a pillow case. But the pillow itself has no odor that I can detect.The way the pillow also snuggle up to my shoulders helps to keep good posture during sleep. I tend to contort and twist, so the pillow rests flush to my shoulders (when on my back) and shoulder (when on my side). Either way, both are great!One thing to note is that the pillow is designed for a specific direction. It cannot be flipped over or turned around unless you want a different feeling pillow that just feels...awkward. Like putting your pants on backwards. Just keep it as designed and you should feel most comfortable.Lastly, you have to be disciplined to use the pillow for AT LEAST two weeks. The body takes time to adjust and sleeping patterns and habits are HARD to budge.That being said, I sleep better with this pillow than with a traditional pillow that I would have to beat several times a night.So happy I have it!

After sleeping on it for like a week, my sleep quality felt better than before. As a side sleeper, I didn’t get any neck pain compare to my old pillow. I do however notice the pillow felt in between firm and soft and that the shape instantly went back to its normal shape. The pillow definitely doesn’t feel too warm and yet the temperature level is just right to sleep comfortably. Also I don’t snore very often so this pillow, which is something I really need to get out of this habit. I definitely recommend this pillow for the comfort of your sleep.

I was looking for an extra memory foam pillow without having to buy another expensive "name brand" one like I usually use so I decided to try the marine moon contour. I am a side sleeper and the thin part of the pillow is too thin for me and to use the pillow comfortably, I need to use just the little part on the side. The pillow is of high quality but it isn't really a good style for me personally. That said, I gave it to a friend who is a back sleeper and he said it is great.

This pillow has the perfect voice and take so it's not too soft and not too firm. I love the contour for back sleeping and raised sides for side sleeping. My head always finds the right spot. I've been sleeping more soundly since switching to those pillow.
