I have a job requirement this year to pass a Microsoft certification exam. Thinking that Outlook would be a snap, since I've used it for several years, I took two practice tests and didn't pass either one! Thank goodness I found this video training! Kirt Kershaw presents the best training of this type that I've encountered, and it's perfect whether you have never used Outlook before or like me, have been skimming along the surface for a long time. The training is broken into short segments, so I can adjust my viewing to fit an open schedule or watch a single video segment in those random spare minutes that crop up during my day. Kirt's presentation style is smooth, clear and easy to understand, and entertaining at the same time. Subject matter that might otherwise be dry and boring is anything but. The video segments move logically from one topic to the next, so I am building my Outlook skills in a way that allows me to immediately put new knowledge to practical use.Some great documentation comes with the video training including Instructor's Notes on each topic, and quizes to test what I've learned. A correct answer sheet is provided, and if I need to review a topic, there's a table of contents by topic/lesson number that allows me to quickly choose the correct video. I am thoroughly satisfied with this product and recommend it to anyone at any previous experience level who needs to learn how to use Outlook.

I needed some training with MS Office applications, and these videos are very easy to follow.

Love this software although I couldn't open all of the files. Might just be my PC.
