Very robust and sturdy ladder, no doubt about it, very good height and base giving it optimum safety and reachability to sky high roofsBut robustness doesn't come without weight and that is what makes it little heavior mentioned weight is 12.5.On the whole the product seems to be useful and durable and since it's heavy to carry wear and tear will be minimised.Lastly the piece is marred with scratch marks on the steel frame and plastic parts as well.I therefore suggest that Handling in the ware house should be done carefully to mentain the finish.

Very nice
Very sturdy and useful. Feels very stable to climb on it. It has plastic supports for easy climbing and very wide steps for a person to comfortably stand and do their work.

Unstable, unsafe ladder
This ladder has turned out to be unstable. As a result, top two steps can not be used due to safety reasons. Bad design, bad purchase.
