This is the most powerful book I've ever read. I let it wash over me as my poetry instructor advised instead of trying to understand it. I have never been so moved by exquisite language and words. I just purchased Edward Snow's translation on my poetry instructor's recommendation. In his opinion, Edward Snow is the best Rilke translator. I will read & compare!
