Have been using the knife for both veg and non-veg products. No issues with the chopping part. However, since the blade is smooth, whatever I chop tends to stick to the side of the knife and has to be removed by hand repeatedly, which is a nuisance.Also, the handle end of the knife ends as a very sharp point and one has to be very careful not to nick one’s hand. As the knife is very sharp, that can be extremely dangerous.

Real pleasure to use. Needs cleaning and drying before storage. Worth the price, if you use it yourself and not maids.
