Our oval rungs (1-1/4'' x 1-5/8'') (round rungs 1-3/8'' in request) provide just the right fit to your hand for a strong comfortable grip. Construction is of high quality Beech wood throughout. The mounting of bars to both sides of the product is performed by usingwood screws on the back side. The last rung on the top is positioned one more projecting and the other more re-entering to make it possible some suspension exercises or passive cervical tractions. Installation hardware included. There is a cut out (5.9 inches high x 1.57 inches bright) at bottom of the stringers to go over skirting boards. The Stall Bar included 2 wood slats (mounting boards) 1.3 inches thick. Shipped unassembled. Easy to assemble. Weight capacity 330 lbs. Dimensions: Height = 7 feet, 10 1/2 inches Width = 2 feet, 11 1/2 inches.

Great product and Great service
The Product itself is made of very good quality wood, great craftsmanship. Sturdy wood and comes with all parts necessary to install. Basic instructions, Artimex has a video available that shows the basic steps to put together. It is fairly easy to put together.Customer service via Artimex was great. My product was damaged by the delivery service. Once I reached out to Artimex, they did their best to ensure I was taken care of. Artimex did not waste any time and had the damaged piece replaced extremely fast. Artimex went to great lengths to ensure I was taken care of and maintained constant communication until I was 100% satisfied.

Must have at home during Covid-19 when no gyms are available
1. The ladder is well designed and practical. Wood is high quality and resistant.2. I installed it in my garden and enjoy open clean air while exercising. See picture above.3. Highly recommended4. Some initial delivery issues were well attended and resolved by supplier

Beautiful wood, super sturdy, and high quality! I love it! I always used one at Exhale in Atlanta when I lived there, and missed it so much when I moved. It is awesome to have one in my home that I like even better. Thank you!
