Works amazing!!
I bought this in 2019 and I still have it!I have a cocker spaniel, she doesn’t pull much. I’m not sure how it will hold up with bigger dogs but it works great for small and medium dogs!I bought a more expensive one (Kong brand) and it literally broke within a month (same dog) I figured I’d buy a cheap one and if it breaks then I wouldn’t mind as much. Little did I know I bought a much better product!

Seems durable.
The current retractable leash I used to for my husky broke entirely and unable to retract. Out of the package, these felt heavy duty and I can hope it will last for a while. The previous leash was able to stop when you push down on the button and can go into full lock mode. I kind of wish this one did too. you would need to engage the lock at full in order for it to stop.

Good buy for the price
One of the main pros for me is that this is pretty heavy. My last one smashed to pieces when I accidentally dropped it. This one feels sturdy and heavy enough to take a tumble.It is a little different to lock so it took me a little while to get use to it.

Good and strong
Good leash. A little heavy but it works ok. Tangled easily and you have to be careful to feed it back into the chamber slowly or else you’ll end up walking yourself.

Works great. Tension might be a little bit strong for small dogs.
We purchased two for our elderly miniature Dachshund and puppy pomapoo. At first we thought the tension might be a little bit strong for the two dogs, but now that the puppy is close to nine pounds and they're fine.

Don't buy this.
This is big and bulky. Doesn't work very well and definitely not for small dogs. It was cheap so I didn't expect much but this is terrible.

Did not like the size of handle and type of locking mechanism
I have an eleven lbs puppy, that is very fast and strong for his size. The size of a the handle was larger then I expected, and the lock made it to hard to reel him in when I needed to shorten the leash quickly. I returned the leash after a couple of days, because I couldn't get comfortable with it.

JUNK - DIDN'T EVEN LAST 2 MONTHS
I got this leash less than 2 months ago and it will no longer retract back into the housing. I guess I got what I paid for. I do not recommend buying this.
