So first off, I need to mention that I first originally had installed the Xprite new generation style cab lights, smoked, amber. I installed them on 2 of our f250 work trucks. Within 2 months both trucks had 2 lights with moisture in them and 1 of each was very bad. I contacted xprite and they said they would send replacements for both. After I received them I realize that the ones they sent were a very dark smoke and the ones already installed were light smoke. At this point I was irritated and bought this set. I installed it just yesterday and I am ecstatic on how much better it looks. They look 100% like OEM (vs xprite which were a lot bigger) and I like that the lense is removable. Definitely 5 stars for this! (When I can I'll take a pic and post)

Read all reviews prior to purchasing these! They are not a direct replacement. The OEM base has the bulb socket/plug integrated into the base. The aftermarket connector matches bulb base. The OEM base has slight curviture to match the roof of the cab, aftermarket does not. To install you have to cut out the center of the OEM base to make an adapter in order to connect the OEM connector to these lights. Second, you have to trim the gasket included and add silicone to ensure these don't leak as they will not draw down flush to the roof of the cab.

Installed these on my RAM, easy install, took a little over 3 hours (headliner was a pain) I used my own hardware to attach to roof, although hardware was supplied, I think this is best for user/installer to decide.They are bright to see from distance and do not blind when up close, I was very impressed on the effectiveness of the lights.After install I noticed one of the lights was a slightly different color, I contacted Komas and they have been very responsive and resolved the issue for me in just a couple of days. I would recommend them again and this product to anyone

These are not plug and play. They are wired to fit into the bulb socket on the old base, which makes ZERO sense. So, either cut old bases around socket, or hard wire. These have screws and nuts instead of threaded rods, so may take two people, one to hold screw up top, one to tighten nut under. (If you have ling arms and sun roof, can do it solo. The foam gasket is oddly thick and the light bases aren't curved to fit roof as the OEM. So while they "fit", they are not a clean install. Would not buy again.*Update: Installed Oct 5, it's now Dec 3 and one of the lights has failed. Will reach out to seller and update.

Great lights for the money but are a pain to install but that's bc Ford built the trucks to where you have to drop the headliner to unbolt the factory lights and bolt any new ones on. You do have to make a connection bc these don't plug directly into the wiring but that's not hard if your replacing the factory light just use a drill to cut beside the factory wire harness/ light socket out of the factory light base sense you can't just take this led board out of this base and put it into the factory base and swop lenses. But over all there worth the money and time to install them.

The lenses fit perfectly and seem of excellent quality. They are an exact fit for the OEM lenses in my 2001 F250 Super Duty. Now for the bulbs; they don’t fit unless you modify them. They stick up too far and run into the lens. Just shortening them doesn’t work either. The rounded base of the bulb also has to be trimmed to allow the bulb to sink enough into the oem socket to clear the lens. I used a dremel tool to trim it. The base is barely glued to the bulb so it comes apart fairly easily. After reassembly the wires will be a little long and need trimming. See attached photo of bulbs to see how I trimmed them. As for the lenses: 5 stars. The bulbs: 1 star. Funny thing was that the green bulb set was cheaper than the no bulb set so I am still money ahead.

Product required a little modification. They were “plug and play” but were not at the same time. Yes, they will plug right into the factory bulb socket, but because of how the factory lights are manufactured as a single unit, you have to cut the factory wire harness and wire these lights directly.Also, they will leak, and the foam included with these makes the mounting look funny.I removed the included foam and transferred over the weather seal from the factory can lights. And used silicon to seal after installation.Overall the lights are aesthetically appealing, we’ll see how long they last.

It took half an hour to install those lights on my truck , actually no need instruction , through youtube , i got some help from different videos . Because those videls is made by some professional guys .But if you do not want install by yourself , also can pay some fee to finsih on some shop . Lenses fit perfectly exact match to my originals. i was very impressed on the effectiveness of the lights. Much better than my old and faded one , so recommened !
