Very good - relieves some heel /foot pain.
Ball is firm, placed under foot for rolling back and forth to relieve foot and heal pain. Tried other remedies like plantar socks, etc. But this ball with frequent ice application to foot is good.

The material is extremely hard. Do not recommend for massage as it can hurt your muscles if pressed into the skin.
