Fantastic Kitchen Sink Strainers
They are perfect for a conventionall kitchen sink. They are very easy to clean, I just use a brush and some soap and they come out shining. Sometimes I even put them in the dishwasher. I've been using them for six months now, and they still look like they're new. They work great for catching rice that I might spill and keeping a lot of small stuff out of the drains when I'm rinsing cans for recycling or dishes before I put them in the dishwasher. I've used plastic and rubber ones before, but these are the best.

HIGHLY recommended
I got frustrated with the old strainer/stoppers. It gets filled up with food and water stops going down and you have to reach your hand in there to get it out. But this is works well.

Can't stay in open position to let water drain
The pin on bottom that sits in the hole of sink is so short that it is always in the closed position so the sink fills with water. You have to pull it out to wash dishes if you want the water to drain. Then all the junk goes down the drain anyway defeating the purpose of the basket.

Works great
This is perfect for keeping food and other things from clogging up your kitchen drain. I have tried Fengbao wire strainers and they tend to float up if there is any water in the sink. This stays in place.

Great plug but corroded after awhile
Great plug, worked well while it lasted, fit well and easy to use. Less than two years later the top of the plug is corroding. Why can’t the middle piece be made out of stainless steel like the basket piece? Great purchase if you don’t mind replacing every year or so.

Nice and heavy
This did not fit my sink but it felt like a very good strainer.

Finally found a strainer that works
We have tried a couple of times to get a kitchen sink strainer that works. They are now all in the trash. This one only strains(no plug). It is solidly built. The holes are small enough to catch almost all debris but big enough to let the water pass through quite quickly. It is also easy to clean out.

If it aint broke, don't fix it.
I ended up buying this here because I couldn't find one at any of the local stores. Surprising since it's the only sink strainer that works and doesn't get gummed up with food scraps. Not to sound like a curmudgeon but why is everyone trying to reinvent the wheel when it comes to simple household items? Don't sell me a $10 piece of garbage that will last 6 months when I can spend $25 on something that will last the life of the house. Don't waste your time with any other style of kitchen sink strainer.
