Very disappointing.
I had high hopes of this as we love porcini and love truffles! This smelled of neither, but instead there was a very strong acetone / metallic smell from opening it. Used in some amuse Boucher tartlets (against my first instincts) to see if it tasted any different once cooked. No. Awful. No HINT of porcini or truffle about it. I had no option other that to simply throw away. It was well in date, (2025), unopened and stored appropriately. Still love the idea of a porcini & truffle sauce, but can’t afford to risk this one again - an expensive waste of money.

It’s tasty and it smells so good. I literally put it on the top of the bread and rice and eat it every meal! It’s really good for health.

Value for money and very nice
I was making a Mac n cheese for my son and thought of adding something special so I added Porcini it came out wonderfull we all enjoyed it
