Miracle for constipation
These never fail to help my toddler poop. He was especially backed up this past week, and was very sore. I have him a few warm bath throughout the week to help him relax and yesterday after his bath I did the suppository right away. I put him on his left side and curled his legs up, then inserted the suppository. The bath made him more relaxed so it wasn’t as painful and I was able to get all of the solution in him without him fighting me.

Much better than years back
I remembered reading years back about how some of the edges of these were sharp and I try things that I give to my kids on myself as well. well, when I tried on myself, I got one of the sharp ones and that was not fun. they have not been like that for a while but I still check. Are used to look just to make sure that the lubricated gel wasn’t globed at the top and if so, I made sure the outside was lubricated with it and discarded it. But noticing how the top part is cut is not something I would’ve noticed if it were not for other parents reviews.I haven’t looked to see if it is still a thing, but I thought I would post a comment just in case someone wanted to revisit this.after having my last child, I have had to give myself some enemas, and even the smaller version of the one for adults, does not give this intense need of having to go. Me noticing that difference, has helped for me to realize that those white eyes and need to be by the toilet are real, and to be sympathetic of that. I’m not saying it’s a bad thing, I kind of wish the adult versions had that same urgency but it’s something I think have compassion about. Kind of like when you were a kid and your parents would put peroxide on some thing, and not understand why it bothered you.

Works like magic
Baby immediately poops within 5 minutes.. Just make sure to put Vaseline before insertion. The tip is kind of thick for my personal liking.

Necessity!
I’ve purchased this multiple times. It works amazingly for my 8m daughter! Been using it ever since she started solids, since her body has not acclimated fully yet. Works almost instantly with clearing her blockages.

A fast flush for your little one...
My wife and I buy both Pedia-Lax glycerin suppositories for our 2y9m son. He's at that age now where he decided pooping is just too inconvenient, and held onto it. Then by the time his body would force it out, they'd be hard as rocks causing him a great deal of pain and fissures. Now it's this cycle of him not wanting to go daily because he thinks it'll hurt. Inevitably, they become hard again after days and so on, so forth. It's a vicious self-inflicted cycle. Now, we've tried everything from a reward system, high probiotic yogurt, fiber gummies, Miralax, etc. The kid just hates to poop. My wife was afraid of using these suppositories because she feared it'd be traumatic (as opposed to the softball-sized rock our son was passing). So she looked to the good ol' fashioned glycerin capsules - or whatever those melting physical things are. They sometimes work, but our son still fights those off too. Yes, he completely absorbed one after crying for 45 minutes thinking he was going to have to go poop against his will. Nope. The kid absorbed it and moved on with his day.Now enter these works of art. He can't fight this one. I use these as a last resort, but they are the ultimate suppository if you want some guaranteed results within the hour. The glycerin goes in liquified and gets to work. Sure, you're sticking a small turkey baster in your kid's butt. Is there some long term psychological effects created by their use? Maybe. But I will say this - these work. These work fast. And they continue to work for the remainder of the day (hint: use them early in the day so there's no middle-of-the-night blowouts). They're expensive, but definitely worth it. My son does hate them and tries to stiffen up leading up to his dose. But it's just the way to go. The meltable glycerin suppositories do work, but just not as fast. For us, our kid has learned how to beat them. But he hasn't figured out a way to fight this off yet. Good job Fleet!

Worked instantly
My 6 month old started solids and it constipated her really bad. She hadn’t pooped in a week even after eating prunes. She was so uncomfortable and screaming and only tiny hard poops would come out. I got this to finally get her to go. Minutes after using it she finally pooped! She was able to get the hard poop out until it was a normal consistency. Sorry if TMI. The size didn’t bother her at all. I just made sure to use some of the lubricant on her before slowing applying to her. I only used half the amount since she is only 6 months. She is feeling so much better now.
