Teemico 1 Piece Leather Craft Punching Pad Rubber Mute Board Cutting Hole Punch Stamping Tool

This poundo board works great. Its small, not completely flat but I use it under an anvil or a under a granite board. I can use it to punch leather and set rivets late at night without disturbing anyone sleeping in the next room. This is not a cutting board or punching board. Many people think that this is a board to punch stitches and its NOT, that is called a clicker board or cutting board. A POUNDO board like this one is to dampen the sound and absorb the shock of the mallet or hammer and prevent it from being loud and rattle your workstation.

The only thing i wish is that it was self healing. Other than that, its great. Good size; i can pack it up and take it with me, no problem. It is just like it is described and pictured in its posting. I would recomend it and will order another one when it comes time.

nice pad. it feels good in the hand, but for my use it's too "springy" and absorbs the impact of the stamps so they won't cut through. I wanted to use it for stamping belt holes and slots, but the stamps wont penetrate when on this pad.

I loke that it has enough thickness that I can punch through my keather and not worry about what's underneath. I also noticed it doesn't take on much wear even from repetitive use.

useless pad for me, behaves like rubber, partly dampens the knock of a hammer but does not help to punch a hole. Instead, I use regular vegetables cutting plastic board. there is a noise from the hammer, but the holes make their way.

Dampens pounding in the way that it takes the bite out of a loud smack. I also successfully use it for hole-punching leather during smaller projects or smaller sections. Great piece!

It’s the right thickness and very forgiving in makeup, but the comments about the bend are not joking. After heating with a heat gun three times and trying to “flatten” it out under heavy weights the bend is still pronounced. If you aren’t going to put it under an anvil or other heavy object this isn’t the way to go.
