I wasn't sure if I liked the taste at first because it was not sweet. I wanted to replace my sugar free coffeemate French vanilla. It is not quite like that, but I now use this with a little less coffemate and a little cinnamon. I enjoy the taste and I can see the results that I am getting. My skin is smoother and my nails have never been as healthy. If you are not expecting coffeemate, you will enjoy the flavor. I appreciate how easy it is to blend into my coffee. I use a Contigo cup with a lid and shake for about 20 seconds. No gritty taste.

I bought my first container of this creamer just recently and began using it for my morning coffee! I will confirm, like others, that when you first put it in your coffee, it doesn't blend easily, but COME ON, it has collagen and MCT Oil so it is bound to be a little difficult. My solution is to have the powder in my cup, and pour the hot coffee on there, while stirring vigorously. Some days I blend, but when I don't have time, this method works perfectly.The result is a rich, creamy, very tasty vanilla flavored coffee, and that is JUST what I was looking for. So much so, that I just ordered 2 more containers - one to keep at work, and one for if/when I travel. I'm a coffee fiend, and will keep coming back for this powder!!! I'D HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!!

After reading the other reviews, I went ahead and purchased an immersion blender at the same time as this creamer. I needed one, anyway! If you use a blender, it mixes up just fine. There's a faint powdery texture detectable, but not enough to be bothersome. The vanilla smell is divine, and the flavor is good. I actually wish this came in an unflavored version as well, because the flavor completely overwhelms even my chai tea. Thankfully, there's no horrible artificial sweetener aftertaste. It's -just- sweet enough, not too sweet. If you like a lot of sweetener in your coffee you may need to add more. However, for some reason, there's also a ton of SALT in this. It doesn't taste too salty, but if you're watching your sodium intake, it's going to be a deal breaker.

When the price of a coffee creamer is $20, you really want it to be amazing. Doing the keto diet is hard enough, and I was really hoping I had found something good. Both my husband and I tried it multiple times and neither of us like it. It has absolutely no flavor. It smells nice, but is not sweet and I can't taste vanilla at all. If I still have to add sweetener and flavoring to my coffee, I am going to just use my own MCT stuff because it's cheaper. So, if you're looking for something to make your coffee taste great, I would skip this.

So overall I would not buy this product again. The main reason is the price. At $35 and with 30 servings, this would not last my husband I even a week. It’s very hard to stir in leaving little clumps all over. You really need to use a blender of some sort and that is pain because then you have to clean it. It barely lightens the coffee at all which is why I was really surprised that it actually tastes very good-the only reason I didn’t give it 1 star. So if you live alone and only drink 1 cup of coffee a day, are looking to lower your sugar intake and not use commercial creamers, you might like this

The flavor was great. I typically drink my coffee black because I enjoy the flavor of coffee and don’t like to hide it behind creamers, but I enjoy the benefits of McT oil. I typically drink my coffee in the mornings with mct oil and collagen. This product has all those plus a slightly sweet vanilla taste! I’m definitely enjoying my morning coffee plus it’s affordable! It takes a little more effort to blend but it’s not big hassle for me to let it blend a few seconds longer and then I normally do!

UPDATE -After a few days of using this I have gotten used to it and even started liking it. It is def not what I thought it was and the coffee doesn’t feel creamy like a standard creamer. I actually use a little whipped cream with it now as it’s keto too!I think it smells more like vanilla than it tastes, but I do plan to buy it again. I think you just have to get used to it, and maybe lower your expectations of what this “creamer” will do to your coffee.Original-Where do I start?I was excited to find something keto that would give me the vanilla coffee I wanted ever morning.It arrived yesterday and when I opened the container it smelled heavenly, but it was half empty. It’s already much smaller than I expected for nearly $30 and now its half empty???Then I make a cup of coffee this morning. The only thing vanilla is the smell of the powder. Doesn’t taste anything like vanilla. It doesn’t even taste good. It has a strange and thick after sensation that I can’t seem to get past.In short this was a complete waste of money and massive disappointment. I likely will end up throwing it away.Beyond frustrated...

This tasted good enough, but didn’t blend into our hot morning americanos. We don’t have blender bottles, so we would whisk this into our coffee and we would still have huge clumps. I prefer something that blends easily like Orgain Keto Powder.
