It's not quite what I need, but that's not the fault of the product.It's sturdy, fits well, and looks like it would be great protection for the Surface Pro 7. The swivel handle on the back makes it so much easier to hold and work with the tablet -- esp while walking around. It feels much lighter when you hold it from the center and not from the edge.That said, this is a HEAVY case. I didn't weigh it, but it feels at least as heavy as the Surface Pro -- maybe heavier. So, the two combined make this a very heavy thing to lug around.Also, I bought my Surface Pro because I wanted the convenience of a 2 in 1. But you can't attach the keyboard with this cover on the tablet. Again, not the fault of the product or seller -- that was clearly stated in the description.But, putting the cover on and taking it off is NOT a quick or easy process and thus not at all practical for switching between tablet and laptop modes with any frequency.So, I'll hang onto it for when I need tablet mode for an extended period. But, it won't be something I use daily.Again I want to be clear... I have no complaints about the product. It deserves the 5 stars I gave it. I'm just offering my experience to help others decide if it's a good fit for the way they intend to use their Surface Pro.

Pluses:Protection is pretty good.360 rotating kickstand (although it could kick out a bit more)Hand strap (really strong velcro)Shoulder StrapMinuses, starting with the big one:-You cannot charge/connect your Pencil while iPad Pro is in this case. This case on its own is for people who do not use a Pencil on a regular basis.However, if you are a DIYer, or can go to your local Ace Hardware/Lowe’s/Menards to find yourself a capable employee who can break off the side of the plastic large enough for the Pencil to sit as it needs to charge...you just have to keep the hard plastic frame off so you can slip the Pencil between the rubber and the iPad...comes in handy for a little pocket.This case has held up very well no matter the tinkering, thus it gets to keep four stars. I would have had to have returned it if it hadn’t due to it is indeed not Pencil charging/connecting friendly.Last minus:If you don’t like how the shoulder strap connects to the case, you can change the connectors around, they come out of the rubber slits really quickly. However, getting them back in needs a small paintbrush handle or dowel to push the straps back through. Thankfully, there are only two. Hope all this helps.I’ll update this review if anything changes.

I am an Interior Superintendant for a construction company. I purchased this as I walk around the job site updating the progress of the build being completed. For the most part, this case does its job... BUT it FAILED big time, and for that, I had to give it a one-star review. Here is the problem. The case does not do a good job of protecting the screen as mine cracked. The edge of the case that runs along the screen of the SurfacePro does not have anything to prevent little pieces of debris from getting into it. While walking around one day at the Jobsite, a small tinny pebble found its way in between the glass screen and the screen protector. Then when I grab the case, the pebble pushed on the screen and cracked it. I would recommend to the company who makes this product to have a small rubber gasket that would run along the edge of the case that sits on the screen.Here is what I did to correct the problem. I searched on Amazon to purchase a screen protector. This is awesome, it’s sold for kids but I needed it for myself because I keep dropping my iPad and broke my last case just by disassembling it. >_<However, looking at the instructions I got confused on how to disassemble this thing and nearly ripped the silicone cover. -_- so FYI the top hard piece comes off first AND THEN peel the silicone back. Read all instructions first!! Where step 1 confused me, step 4 cleared it up.This does NOT come with a screen protector but when I was considering this one it suggested a screen protector by amFilm and that is a great option.

We use our MS Surface to do inventory in our stores and needed a handheld case. The case is better than expected. It functions better than cases that cost hundreds! It is heavy duty - but yes it makes the surface heavier. It was easy to install and start using immediately. What I really like about this case is that it has a stand as well. Some of the other cases have a handle but not a stand. The case allows for easy charging, a secure pen holder and heavy duty strap. To our surprise, we can hang the surface around our neck with it facing up allowing for hands free operations. We can scan items with on hand and use our fingers or pen to work on the tablet - hands free! We will definitely buy another one for our stores.

I purchased this protector for a tablet used in HAZMAT response. Will use the tablet for videos, photos, reports and data. So it will be used in the field. I like the rubber casing, as well as the plastic frame.The screen protector was cracked in the first shipment. The vendor quickly resolved this, quickly shipping a new unit. The new screen was not damaged and installed quickly. Returning the broken protector and unused cover was easy. Just find a UPS store and drop off with the return paperwork. Can't ask for much more.

Ok, protects the rear and corners, but no protection for the face at all, not even a decent lip around the edge. Also it is very heavy - hard to hold the iPad and case for long periods.

I bought this case for my work (forestry engineer) I’m often outdoors and in wet conditions, this case has definitely made my job easier as I am not concerned with the iPad slipping from my hand or I could rather have the whole device around my neck. I will say however the stand isn’t the best quality as well as it’s not centred due to location on rotation handle. This is an issue for my office work but still, a great product!

received case....loving it...the strap allows for hands free movement and the hand strap allows for ease of use....seller was very communicative and obliging when product didn't show up on time....would recommend this product if you use an iPad in the field

Good product just wasn't what I needed. Wrote them and they were happy and quick to resolve my issues. Would order from them again for sure.
