Not worth it.
It doesn't hold my foam panels. My foam studio panels fell off right away even after putting 6 stickers into the wall which is ridiculous amount

Now These Work
So far these are the only 3M labeled Double Sided Foam Tape Strong Pads I have found that actually hold anything. These are definitely not counterfeit unless someone has improved 3M's formula and then used their name but I doubt that. Anyways I can say for sure that these work really well.

Adhesion is not as strong as expected. Couldn't hold a 6 oz item under a desk with 4 USELESS!
I liked the ease of application, and the adhesion is quite strong but the adhesive plastic separates from the black "rubbery" material after a short time (48 hours or less) under any load. They are holding a small plastic box putting no more than 1-2 lbs of weight on them (at the most). I have 4 of them on this equipment and it doesnt matter. The adhesive holds beautifully to whatever you are sticking them to, but the plastic adhesive strip separates from the black rubbery part.

Used for sound proofing, Tiles fell off after an hour
I recently purchased sound proofing tiles which did not come with their own adhesive. Being relatively new to installing sound proofing I did a quick search for what adhesive would be recommended. Many videos claim that "3M adhesives" are ideal.I went and purchased these, and installed them onto a back board which was nailed to the wall. After an hour, the sound proof tiles just began to fall off one after the other. I am now stuck with 48 small, adhesive squares that will eventually dry up because there is nothing else to stick to the wall other than the sound proof panels. This is not a great product, and I highly recommend to just use finishing nails on sound proof panels (using a back board, of course).

These are awful. Ruined the wall
Tried to hang up some foam with them (lightweight soundproofing) stuck fine to the wall, but not the foam. Had to staple them instead. Also tried to hang a banner with them and the banner fell down and ripped holes in the paint. Had to buy a tapestry / cloth background to cover up the wall. Waste of money. Wish I could return them but they won't come off the wall.

Mom wanted them.
Not sure what my mom wanted them for. I'm just here to buy it for her. Lol. But she hasn't complained about it. So 5 stars from me.
