Changed review from *** UPDATE: 5/31/2018 Aiphone camera shorts out each time used and the picture is scrambled and the unit dings and goes black. Simply won't work. Won't send back again to Aiphone. Replacing everything with another brand/units to accomplish the same result....camera outside to image inside for security. Sadly this Aiphone won't work like previous two Aiphone equipment installations. *****Replacement for old Aiphone equipment that was struck by lightning. Up and going after all the parts arrived. Electrician has it all installed. Quick delivery by Amazon. UPDATE: Aiphone camera shorts out at night resulting in a brief camera image, a ding and screen scramble. Sent units back to Aiphone and all tested well by Aiphone technicians. The catch......if wire is run longer than 200 ft from Master station to outside camera, this results in low voltage at night for some reason. Electrician has bench tested with short wire after unit was returned. Aiephone tested system at factory. FYI You can use the system during the day, but the camera shorts out at night. Aiephone customer service has been helpful in trying to solve this problem. Old system has pan tilt and B&W camera. Wish it could have been repaired. It was a much better system with pan tilt up, down, left and right for security.

This seller claims product is new.It is a Aiphone KB-3MRD MASTER STATION. THIS product was manufactured in 2009. No warranty. It also was repaired by the manufacture 3/11/2010. This product was sold repaired and is absolutely not new. Do not by from ET sales and service.
