Ibuleve Speed Relief Max Strength Gel with 10% Ibuprofen, 40g

This Ibuleve gel works much more quickly than a tablet, and can be applied to just the area giving the pain.It is a lifesaver, making the difference between being stuck in a chair all day and being able to walk around almost normally. And the subsequent movement possible helps to push down the cause of the pain, allowing yet more beneficial exercise and being able to get things done.It does wear off in a few hours, but the returning pain is nowhere near as bad after some gentle movement, and a repeat application always works.

Very easy to use pain relief gel. I use on my knee as and when needed.

I could never understand how a pain relief tablet knew what part of my body to go to, so a pain relief gel where you can pin point the area sounds ideal to me.This Ibuleve is advertised as maximum strength pain relief and maximum anti inflammatory relief.It is a clear gel, non greasy and when applied thinly it absorbs quickly into the skin.It was very effective in relieving the pain in my knee and the anti inflammatory appeared to reduce the swelling that was there.However my reason for only 4 stars is the smell, it is advertised as fragrance free and whilst in the tube it doesn’t seem to smell, when rubbed in, what a pong. It smells of rotten / out of date fish, really horrible, but after a time it seems to wear off or I could just have got used to it!Works well and good value for money if the smell doesn’t bother you.

Quite a good pain relief but expensive as it was not a great amount of gel in the tube and as I have constant old age back ache perhaps not a fair criticism of the product

I Believe really relieves pain, clear, easy to use. Every member of my family always has a tube of I Believe to hand, I strongly recommend it, works wonders on my Arthritis, knees and shoulder/neck with w0 minutes.

This gel arrived neatly and securely packaged, inside the usual amazon branded packet.I ordered this for my partner who seems to have a trapped nerve or similar in his leg.Despite insisting that he's fine he has hobbled and sighed so much that some Ibuleve seemed a good idea.This is a reliable brand with a good reputation.He has been massaging the gel as instructed, and does appear to have some improvement. Whether that's the gel or simply the act of massaging we don't know, but so long as it continues to improve that's great.Definitely recommend.I hope you find this review helpful, thanks for reading.

I bought this for pain in several areas like my neck, my shoulders and my lower back. This meant it didn't last that long as it's only a 40g tube (although I'm the type that cuts the tube in half to get the rest 😁) although it was the only one i'd seen with 10% ibuprofen. It was quite pricey though I thought.It's not very thick which means it's easy to apply and spreads over areas easily. It relieved some of the muscle pain I suffer from but in all honesty I didn't think it was better than the 5% ibuprofen stuff I've used (which might be just me), or indeed any better than Tiger balm which I had previously used or the Deep Relief lotion I'm using now which was cheaper.All in all, decent pain relief but there are better and more cost effective things I use now.
